Whiteboard video for simple product

I need a whiteboard animation video to describe my product. It is a simple product. It should be 30 seconds. It should emphasize and exploit the emotional aspect of why the customer would purchase my product.
I have the basic script.
I can do the voice over.
I have audio of barking dogs.
I would need someone that could:
1. Refine the script
2. Do the artwork and animation. The artwork will be somewhat basic, but enough to elicit a response.
3. Include proper sound effects
I am including a .GIF image to give an example of the artwork that I use now. The website is www.barkender.com.
