Expert Video Editor/Producer for Training & Testimonial Videos

We are a hard money lender that offers short term real estate investment loans to help people fix and flip homes all over the country... we are currently hiring local videographers/photographers to visit our borrowers properties and take footage and stills of before and after the rehab of these properties.
We are looking for someone to take this raw footage and stills and edit the video to make a completed video... we will have 1-2 of these every month. We also will have miscellaneous in-house training videos with screenshots and stuff that we would like someone to put together. We have been having local videographers do this stuff... but they are taking to long... and the quality is not consistent. I'm looking for someone that we can have a long-term relationship with to do all our video editing/production as well as give ongoing direction on what we need from the local videographers on the ground to get the footage we need for quality videos. We would also like this person to also be in charge of uploading/publishing this video on our youtube channel. We are basically looking for someone to do all our video editing/production... whatever it is we need.
