Add VHS Effects to a Video

I have a partially edited video (10 minutes long, one long take, no cuts yet) that I need to make look like "found footage". I'd like to add some *light* VHS effects (those horizontal static lines) that will make the video look older but without being too distracting. I've included a 10 second sample of my footage.
