We are looking for video content editors who can turn video materials (interviews and youtube videos) into short videos for social media.
You take the recording (from 25 min to 1 hour of footage) and turn it into:
5-7 raw clips of the most important stuff.

We are looking for someone who can bring new life to older videos which still hold great value and serve our audience with valuable information
Responsibilities
Watch older videos to find key segments of value or funny moments.
Take these segments and create micro-content from them.
Be prepared to receive raw footage and take it from raw video files to completed micro-video.
Expected Outputs
At least 5 micro-videos per week from older videos. These will need to be made in multiple formats to best suit Facebook, Instagram Reels, Instagram feed, Instagram stories, LinkedIn,
Microcontent for new releases based on what is assigned to you for the week. Again, multiple formats are suitable for all social platforms.
Fresh social media videos from raw footage edited when needed.
Skill Set
Editing video - including color grading, sound equalizing and basic special effects integration
DEADLINE commitment (must delivery on time)
Understanding of digital marketing promotional strategies
Understanding of our brand voice and aesthetic
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks
