Hi there,
We need a young and fit female model for a short 5-minute video. You., the model, will shoot the video yourself while in a meditation posture of your choosing. In terms of clothing, a gym outfit will do just fine - meaning, yoga pants and a top.
In terms of location, either indoors or outdoors is fine, as long as the scene is peaceful and calm. The idea is to look as natural as possible. Also, this is intended to be a static shot with no camera movement.
Overall, it is a very simple and easy job to do for social media content - some of our previous models have done a great job with just their cellphones,. We will be repeating it periodically every month. Many thanks.
