Drawing Management system Prototype UI & UX

urgently require a Document / Drawing management system prototype.

1. Create a project

2. Upload complete drawing or document under the project

3. Under a project Document or drawing transfer (submit/review/approved) within organization (internal submit/review/approved)

After internal process it's should be transfer another multiple organization and should be have one organization multiple role.

It's all process assign (all organization and role) create project folder time.

4. Every file or folder should be have current state. (When file or folder create that's time ask)

Also revision no and date

5. Submit/review/approved request sent one click from file current state.

6. Also create transmittals of file or folder and transmittals have format.

Requirements-

1. Profile page under document management system tab (where showcase all project)

2. Create project / create folder/ create file or folder upload.

3. Fille page

4. more option /send submit, review, approve request/ create transmittals and transmittals format page
