I need an architect to design a Italian monastery Style 4-plex, preferably around 1500 sqft each unit. total sqft can not exceed 7000 sqft. project needs to include the DWG files, building set of plans in PDF, and the 3d model designed in archiCAD or your preferred BIM software. also would like 3d rendering of the project. cost to build needs to come as close to USD 600,000 as possible, just keep that in mind when designing. can be 1-3 stores per unit. thank you!
