Update my Sketchup Model of Building

I have 2 SKP Models, it has 4 buildings (see EXAMPLE)

I want to remove 1 Building, and add an existing model............(I have 3ds max file and AutoCAD layout)

Then change exterior color of the building

Adjust the edge of the 2nd floor, and add a few windows.

Also, need to add/draw Parking Lot from AutoCAD into both SKPs.

LOWEST / fastest bid wins.
