Looking to create a high quality 3D animation like this

with a high quality animation, colorful background. and someone who can create a story board i would like to produce a high quality pilot. If it does well that the animator could be doing a series with me for a long time to come. It would be about 5 main scenes and about 10 characters in all.
I can always send the final mix of the audio when i am convinced that it could work. I would like to see a work sample and please be aware that the animation would have alot of characters
