Plesk Trouble Shoot

We encounter the following issue, kindly solve this for us:
1) We had already assigned webmail root in D: drive but when login to webmail there are no mail found in Inbox and stated the error message, Please refer to [url removed, login to view]
2) The email usage doesnt shown correctly in Plesk Control Panel, An email account had more than 100MB usage but shown in plesk control panel as 0byte used. Refer to [url removed, login to view]
3) Other Email password can be change in plesk control panel EXCEPT Plesk administrator email. Couldnt find a way to change the password in Plesk. refer to [url removed, login to view]
4) Cannot create new email user. refer to [url removed, login to view]
Remote Desktop Connection Username and password will be given to trouble shoot the above mention issue.
