Linux Server needs expert help with LTSP config

I have a poweredge 6450 that I am attempting to turn into a Linux LTSP thin client server. I have Ubuntu intstalled, and ltsp is installed. The system is only recognizing one ethernet port, eth0. I have tried to fix it myself for sometime, but I am looking for professional help. There are 3 ethernet ports, 1 onboard and 2 cards.
I need it to recognize at least 2 ports, 1 for the internet and one for the ltsp/thin clients.
I need someone that can remotely work on this and get it working.
I can be available via IM or skype during the process to assist on my end.

Please clarify if you have a public IP for the second eth port or if it is VPN/Private. Should be pretty straightforward.
