Add 16:9 Crop Ratio to Swift UI App

I need an experienced developer who can help me adding a feature to my SwiftUI application that currently utilizes an UIImagePickerController which is presently at a 1:1 ratio.
Key Requirement:
- I would like a 16:9 crop ratio to be integrated into the app.
Feature Implementation:
- I want users to be able to manually adjust the crop ratio to 16:9.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in iOS development.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Swift and SwiftUI.
- Previous work with UIImagePickerController.
- Understanding of iOS human interface guidelines.
- Knowledge and experience in working with auto layout and image scaling.
This is a one-time project, however, if our collaboration is successful, I might have more work in the future. Please provide examples of apps you have worked on that implement similar image manipulation features.
