Basic statistical analysis on invertebrate distribution (T-test/Anova)

For a uni project, we sampled invertebrates in a mountain location, at different altitudes and have been asked to write a report on the results. Included will be an excel spreadsheet of the types of invertebrates found in each location and the micro climactic conditions they were in (Eg air and ground surface temp)
Needing someone to run some statistical analysis using some form of T/paired t test or ANOVA to find relationships of statistical significance in which i can base the report around. Looking for things of statistical significance, so there are a few approaches you can take, 2 or 3 good finds is all that would be required, more would be great. As this is a fairly small amount of work and i need it ASAP i will require the job to be completed within a few hours of the project being accepted
