MS ACCESS DATABASE FOR THE MONITORING OF MATERIALS DISTRIBUTION TO TEACHER AND LEARNERS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

I have a database in MS ACCESS for the monitoring of training of teacher. I will share with you the existing MCD.

Now I want to add to the monitoring of the distribution of materials(lot of type of materials) in the same database.

So the task will be:

1. create the tables , add it to the existing database and define the relation:

Suggested tables (but you can change it if necessary)

• school table (which already existing)

• teacher tables (which already existing)

• Distributed_to_learner a table to be create

• Distributed to teacher tables : a table to be created

• Type of materials distributed : a table to be created

2. Create the data entry interface for the distribution paper-based with the possibilities to precise the materials distributed to teacher:

2.1. The data entry agent will have to choose the teacher who received the materials and enter the number of student of his classroom who received some materials(different from teachers received materials).

2.2 Give him the possibility to add teacher if a teacher in the paper based is not listing in the database;

2.3. Put control to avoid error
