Create SQL Script: Database version history

This project is to write a SQL script that creates a new Database called Version_History. This script then needs to interrogate the master database and create a schema for each database on the instance; the schema name(s) will match that of the database(s) held within the master database except for the version history.
The script then needs to alter all tables in the databases on the instance to have a version column; the data type for this column is an integer with a default value of zero (0).
Once the column has been added to all tables a trigger must then be created on all tables.
After creating the database and the schemas the script must then copy the tables and table schemas from their respective databases and create them within the respective schema held in the version history.
When the table in the original database gets updated with new data the trigger will increment the version integer by one (1) every time the row record is updated. Before the version number is incremented a version of the row data (all columns including the version number before the update) needs to be copied and inserted into the Version_History database into the respective tables.
