We need a very experience business analyst to work with our team to develop a highly technical business requirements document and test cases. Analyst must have deep software development background and should preferably also be experienced in the VoIP space. Experience in VoIP especially helpful
The system we are looking to develop is for the specialized Wholesale VoIP industry. It will essentially be able to pull CDR data from a far end soft switch, analyze that data, and then make configuration changes to LCR on the far end system in real time as well as develop reports or interface with Tableau to present reports for users.
The bulk of the analytical writing will be centered around understanding and defining the system algorithm once data is pulled from the far end system and is being analyzed.
Business analyst must also have strong Visio experience as this system will need to be fleshed out with Visio once it has been developed.
The attached document is a very high level rough overview to give you an idea of what the ideal system will resemble
