seagull bartender ActiveX

Create a program Lets call it [url removed, login to view] that would use seagull bartender in a activeX automation mode.

would use the bartender command line options

plus some other command line as you would see in the DOC provided.

The first time the exe runs it starts bartender the other times it just uses it with out reopening it, unless you close it by calling the command line to close.
