Hi, i need an payment gateway that i can use for a service im building. The api should be able to :
1) authenticate a card without charging it
2) charge the card when appropriate
3) If the card can use extra security
I require that this service should be set up for me and i should be able to test the service through curl. I'm happy to use SOAP service is necessary.
