Requirement:
A tool/software (may be web based / app based) to manage product life cycle from concept along the way of Development, Prototype , testing , Manufacturing, scaling , PMS (handing customer complaints) with different interfaces for different functions in the industry like Top management R&D, quality , operations, purchase, sales, marketing etc in a single platform.
The aim is achieve seamless communication between functions of the manufacturer and the customer, at the same time enabling the company to capture maintain/organize product documents/ product history for easier access and modification to the product if required.
There are few more requirements which can be discussed once contract is accepted.
