I have data in a MySQL database that needs to be displayed to agents that login to the site. The website needs to pull from the database and display items like, commissions, clients, and chargebacks to name a few. All the data will be available to the coder in finished form except for the totals that would be displayed on screen. Coder would have to keep a running total of those as they are queried. Simply put the site will display personal accounting data and clients for only the logged in agent as well as all data from any downline agents. Currently we require to be displayed: 1) Commission Reports (Current and past, current format available in PDF form for coping layout) 2) Chargeback Reports (Current and past, current format available in PDF form for coping layout) 3) Sales Reports (Date range selectable, current format available in PDF form for coping layout) 4) Persistency Graphs (Selectable by Week or Month or date range) 5) A repository for PDF documents that can be downloaded by the agent. 6) Clients (selectable by active or terminated, possibly a few additional query methods in the future) I do not care if a CRM is used as long as it requires a secure login for the agent and only displays personal and downline production. <<>> I have attached a sample Commission Statement. I'm simply looking for this to show on the screen in a similar manner. Most of the reports have the same type of data to display. All data will get stored in a MySQL database not yet created, but will simply query and show except for the totals at the end of the information shown on screen.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
