Web API for NopCommerce based on a pre defined format

Someone with experience on developing Web API for Nop-Commerce. Around 30 to 40 web methods needs to be created. Web methods should return the data in the same format as existing web service is.
Existing web service has around 30 web methods. Class diagrams, Database script, Web Service SVC and other code is available.
You must have C# experience, You have Nop-Commerce experience.
