Convert Adobe XD Design to Shopify Theme

I am looking for a skilled developer who can convert my Adobe XD design into a fully functional Shopify theme. As I am open to suggestions, I would like the freelancer to suggest a suitable Shopify theme to use as a base. However, I do have a list of features that I require in the theme, and I am looking for a developer who can implement them seamlessly. I do not require any third-party app integrations at this time. The ideal candidate should have experience in Shopify theme development and be proficient in HTML, CSS, and Liquid coding.

There are 7 products and all pages will be exactly the same, only their titles will change.
