Shopify theme modifications and app integration with accentuate fields and loox

We are an online children clothing company called Lulu and Roo. We are currently working on our website and have a few things we need help with.
1. One thing is that the sort filter on collection pages does not have a drop down menu and does not work. We want to be able to have a sort filter that works on our collection pages. We need the sort filter fix on the collection pages.
2. We need to integrate an app from Shopify. The app is called Accentuate Custom Fields and it is under product fields and we need it integrated on each product page. We want it integrated right above the after pay on the product pages. This means you have to be able to integrate apps on to Shopify to do this task.
3. Another integration we need is with the loox app and we want the customers to be able to leave a review. We want this under customer reviews but above the social media handles.
4. the last thing is we want the twitter icon and twitter url to be changed to the instagram and to link to Lulu and roo's instagram: [login to view URL]
