Please note: This is not a straightforward outsourcing project whereby I bargain with a developer and pay the full fee for a site that has nothing to do with others, but one about SHARING costs by splitting the fee with somebody interested in or already doing the same thing! Yo will be reselling an existing site for a discount of the cost when it was developed for you. I will get full right to my copy of the site. State your desired share of the cost. My budget is below $100.

I also welcome opportunities to enter into joint venture in the web site as a shareholder, which means I will cooperate with you to operate the site together in the long term.
