Organic SEO Expert - White Hat Methods Only - Verbal and Written English (US) Proficiency Required

We are looking for an Organic SEO expert to join our team. You must be able to show proven results of on-page and off-page SEO. You need to be able to show confirmed results of clients that you've worked with in the past and increased rankings and traffic as a result of your involvement. Please provide specific examples in your proposal.
You will be managing multiple websites for a set number of hours per week (Site X 3 hours, Site Y 1 hour, etc); accordingly, you will need to be very exact in your login/logout times weekly (+/- 5 mins) since our fees from the clients are based on these budgets. You will have to track each of those hours in our Jibble system and record tasks completed and reasoning in the client's SLACK channels. In addition, you will need to make a brief 10-15 minute Loom video each week explaining what was done and specifically, how you expect it to effect rankings along with any follow up on the successes (or failures) of other measures taken in the past --- in other words, you will be doing an ongoing once a week 10-15 minute Loom video giving an SEO update for each site you manage (and a 1-2 paragraph summary in their SLACK CHANNEL).
Because you will be communicating with clients and other contractors, your written and verbal/spoken skills in Engish are a must. For this job, we require work with a single consistent individual. We do not want an agency where we are working with a lot of different people. We require a single individual to do this work.
You should be available for at least a 2 hour period (Monday - Friday) from 9 AM - 3 PM EDT (New York City Timezone) as you may need to coordinate work with our programmers, content writers, project managers, and other staff to further the SEO goals of the site. Once you choose this two hour period of availability, it will need to stay the same for every day going forward for planning purposes.
We largely work on Word Press site platforms; accordingly, you will need to be highly proficient with Word Press. In addition, we use both SEO PRESSOR and YOAST Plugins. In addition to your own work in these plugins (and pages/posts), you will need to audit and edit work done by content providers on many of the sites (blog writers, etc.) to ensure SEO consistency and best practices. We currently work with BrightLocal and Ubbersuggest as well as Google Analytics and Google Dashboard. You will need to be highly proficient in all these tools, including but not limited to, adding sites to the dashboard, manual submissions of pages, XML site maps, etc.
This work will be both ongoing and expanding. We have many current clients and our work level grows almost daily. We are looking for proven and consistent winners that are looking for a long term supply work.
