All links must come from audio, video, home theater, entertainment related websites only (in-content preferred).

1. Job should be completed within 10 days.

2. Link must be do-follow, must be one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website .

- No link exchange programs or commercial web rings.

- Links must not be labeled as sponsored, links, ads etc.

3. Links should NOT come from sidebar or footer of the page. They should come from the main content page.

4. The page our link is placed on must be

- Google PR4+

- not more than one click from home page

- not on a links/our friends etc. page

5. Each link should reside on a separate domain and must be from a different C-Class IP.

6. Links must be P-E-R-M-A-N-E-N-T and active, should never expire and must not need any further payments.

7. No more than 30 outbound links per page on which links are placed.

8. Link pages must be permanent, not dynamic, only static HTML links will be accepted.

9. Links should contain the target anchor text and titles provided.

10. All links must be search engine friendly:

- no redirects

- no 301, 302, meta-refresh,

- no javascripts,

- no cloaking,

- no frames, etc.

- no hidden links

- no rel="nofollow" tag,

- no meta tag content="noindex, nofollow" or [url removed, login to view] excluded link pages.

- no Flash sites or pages.

11. All links must be visible, readable & indexable.

12. Link page must be indexed and cached by major search engines (2-3 weeks back max, no cached a year back pages).

13. No drop domains that have not passed the page rank yet and not cached.

14. No black hat techniques allowed:

- no cloaking,

- no banned sites

- no articles submission

- no spam sites

- no scraped content sites

- no mirror sites, or sites overrun with contextual advertising and pop ups.

15. Links must be manually submitted only.

16. No use of automated software of any kind.

17. No links from:

- no blog comments (EXCEPT as noted above for 5 PR5 comments and 5 PR6 comments)

- no article directories

- no link farms

- no forums

- no blog farms

- no classifieds

- no directories

- no social bookmarks

- no profiles of social sites

- no spam sites

- no guest books

- no web rings

- no gambling

- no dating

- no x-rated adult

- no violence sites

- no sex sites

- no hatred sites

- no hacker sites

- no links fron, FFA's

- no dynamic links

- no directory submissions

- no links from blacklist/banned sites from Google or by using any other spamming method

- no ping sites

- no links within newsgroups

- no yahoo groups etc.

18. Links must be on English language sites only.

19. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

20. Only use general or sponsored TLDs. No free hosting websites.

21. Linking websites must be established and AUTHORITATIVE DOMAINS.

22. Linking websites at least 3 years old

We will make the payment after the 10 links are verified by us.

We will check all links before payment is made.

You will need following upon completion of the project in a excel spreadsheet:

• Site Name

• Site Type

• Site PR

• Link site exact URL

• URL Page PR - The Real Page Rank of the page linking to our website! (no faking)

• Site IP address

• Date Submitted

• Date approved

• Anchor Text used

We reserve the right not to accept a particular link.
