Script Set-Up And Template Added

I have already had the script installed, I just need it to be moved to the head domainname from where it resides now at /payment 2, and set-up so it functions properly, right now it allows user sign-up, but the e-mail it sends out provides an invalid link for you to confirm to. I also need to have the template I've selected added in to the site. To view the current site, go to:

I put together a more precise list of things that I need done at this time, for all to review:
-The script, or I think it’s more the settings of the script/script database that need adjusting, altered to where it is fully functional on the head domain name quantumpay.com instead of on the url quantumpay.com/payment2, and allowing user login for account summary and payment processing system working, as well as the address to the administration area
-I also need the template I’ve selected integrated to every page within the site.
-All e-mail and site references to SolarPay.com(including the Geotrust links, and the award banner link above it) removed and replaced with QuantumPay.com I think that some of the name sections are controlled through a portion of the script but I’m not sure how much.of them.
-I also want to know if it has full IPN(instant payment notification and script interface) capabilities, as this is one of the main features required by several of the software companies I ‘ve made deals with to use the payment service in their scripts.
