Media sales expert for Italian website about photography

I need a person able to take the responsibility of selling ad spaces on my website. It is an Italian website about photography which makes more than 600k pageviews per month and is growing.

I need to find a more profitable ad revenue source than Adsense, so the freelancer would have to:

- discuss with me about the goals and terms for potential sponsors,

- propse an efficient way to manage campaigns (on Wordpress site),

- identify potential sponsors,

- contact them and negotiate,

- manage the campaigns,

- report monthly about the results.
