Responsibilities:
As the Business Sales Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and expand our customer base. You will be the driving force behind generating leads and converting prospects into loyal customers. Your tasks will include:
Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the target industries.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients to understand their animation needs and how our services can benefit them.
Conducting sales presentations, pitching our animation solutions effectively, and addressing client inquiries.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborating with the creative team to provide customized animation solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
Keeping up-to-date records of sales activities and providing regular reports to the management team.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and strategies.
Compensation:
We value your hard work and dedication to growing our business. As a token of appreciation, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:
10% commission on the first sales from clients acquired by you.
A nominal monthly salary to support your financial stability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we expect you to meet the following criteria:
Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Previous experience in building and growing startups is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of the animation industry and its various market segments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
