Create ROS Kinetic Node for OV7251 Camera w/RPI-3B+

I am working by myself to develop a Visual Inertial Navigation system using the OpenVINS library on a RPI-3B+ running ubuntu 16.04. I need to have a node for ROS kinetic developed so I can use Arducam's Global Shutter camera, the OV7251, to publish its feed as a "sensor_msgs::Image::Ptr", the message type which OpenVINS takes. For more information, you can visit a StackOverflow post I made trying to sort out the problem, yet to no avail.
