I have an AI-based python program that can detect emotions from a video in 4-second intervals. I need someone to create a graphical output for the same. A video should be playing, and there will be a separate window displaying the emotion that is detected. Something like this video,

You'll get a CSV file as an output with timestamps and their corresponding emotions, and the code for the face detector. You'll only have to write code to present this neatly. The video in the link is only a reference, if you have better ideas, I'd love to hear them. My budget is in the range of 30$ to 70$, please try to stick to this :)
