Python script that creates proxy servers on digital ocean

I need a script that will deploy a Http proxy server for me using Digitaloceans API
I will need it to ask for a number of servers to deploy then execute.
I will need it to have a setting to be able to put user and password on the proxy it creates. As well as set port number that I desire.
Once done I will need it print all the servers it did by printing their IP:PORT or IP:PORT:USER:PASS for me to use.
Also, have an option so the script destroys any servers it made whenever I want.
