We have a Python code which needs to be tested to get the desired output. There might be some need of logical corrections in the code. Once the code is able to pass the tests then it should be modified to run on Spark.
Any Python developer who can test the code thoroughly, do logical corrections(if needed) and make the code run on Spark is preferred. Since this doesn't involve any great amount of work that's why the budget is low. Please approach only if you are seriously interested and can work in the specified budget.
