My project of creating a network of GIS teachers has started.

I have a Facebook page that has over 5000 people connected, that are interested in GIS. Recently i started making video tutorials in QGIS and i received a lot of views and positive feedback. One of my videos reached over 11 000 people so far.
I would like someone to join me and make other tutorials.
I am looking for someone with a nice personality, that is creative, knows the GIS field and has a cool idea that he would like to teach other people. The tutorial needs to be made about using Python for ArcGIS.
You will need to make 10 video tutorials, with voice guidance, each tutorial should be between 8 - 10 mins long. Each video will contain one lesson. The course should take students from a beginner to an intermediate level.
There should be connections between the videos so that at the end the audience will reach a final product (a map, an app) easily.
You will also need to be able to record your voice (microphone plus a software: Audacity), the screen (Fraps, any other screen recorder).
Please submit a screen recording with voice recording of a short demo.
Please submit a list of 10 video lessons that you would like to do about Python in ArcGis.
This project is very specific and i am looking for the most suitable person, with whom i would like to make perhaps more videos, so i will scrutinize each proposal i receive. The amount of money is simply an incentive, the main goal, of the type of person i am looking for, should be the desire to share knowledge to others and be able to do it in a pleasant and organised way. There may be a bonus if the project goes really well.
