Develop a sound-proof cellphone cover

I am wanting to develop a prototype of a smartphone cover that has:
- physical switches that manually sound-proof cover the three microphones on the device.
- a flap that is sound-proof over the device.
The objective : the cellphone cover must be able to completely mute out the ability of the phone to receive audio input, however, if the user wishes the user can flip a switch to enable sound access.
The microphones on phones are pretty advanced - if you block out all three microphones on the latest smartphones, they can still hear your voice perfectly. The solution needs to be a full, wrap-around cover, with switches that can unmuffle the microphones/cameras.
I need a design that I can get built into a physical prototype to be used in a promo video.
