We need a simple program running on a standalone WIN 10 desktop PC for one user. This program needs to keep track of in-out inventory and generates rental agreement, invoices and other summary reports based on the product and customer database.

Data source is in traditional Chinese and we also need a [login to view URL] interface. Programmer who can read and understand Chinese is preferred.

Business flow and table relationships are included here. Sample files can be provided upon request.
