Looking for someone to create a program that will take our course finals which are 100 multiple choice question and answer quizzes and make it so they can be online, whereas students will be able to use their mouse to select an answer from ABC or d and then click a submit button to have it auto graded. In addition programed so that if they pass by 60% or better they will have immediate access to a course certificate of completion that will fill in the date they enrolled in the course, the date they passed final and the date certificate was issued ..they should be able to print.
