Looking for Experienced Prestashop Developer for remote work

We are a web agency in Greece and we maintain 2 Presta websites.
We would like to hire a person for remote development by the hour for various tasks including but not limited to
Theme / module customization
Theme / module development
ERP Synchronization
Bug squashing
Frontend Layout Modifications
Responsive Design
Prestashop Upgrade
On our systems we use webpack to bundle our own assets so experience with this is required.
We use git to track progress so knowledge of how to create a PR and submit code that targets a specific issue is a must.
Because we're based in the EU, you will need to sign a Confidentiality Agreement that will be shared with our clients before you can work on their website due to the GDPR.
We value quality and bug-free code more than speed so you will be required to test your code a lot. We need good communication and ETAs for delivery on tasks that will be honored to maintain trust with our customers.
Our projects are managed in Trello boards or on Github issues.
Your code will be tested and evaluated by us for quality and security.

This is an hourly project, and time tracking is necessary for evaluation of the work done on this project
Based on our past experiences:
1. You need to have your own dev server ready to accept a staging copy of the website.
2. Hours for downloading stuff are not payable. You should turn off the timer while you wait for downloads.
3. We don't agree to pay for research for basic stuff e.g.:
- how to create a prestashop module,
- how to change the domain
- how to create a staging site
- how to fetch from git
- how to add a git repo
- how to make commits
- how to do Pull Requests
We agree that research is part of our project but on a higher level, not for basics.
4. If you have something you don't undersatnd in the tasks always consult with us first and don't do what you imagine we want. Just ask first.
