Youtube API for Uploading Videos -- 2

Youtube Videos Uploader required, it can be in any language C# recommended,

and also I'm aware of Youtube API access token, than we need to generate token every 1 hour

so I guess, it will take 1 hour only for uploading

1. Upload Video on Youtube

2. Upload Transcript / Subtitle file for that Youtube Video

3. Upload Thumbnail

4. Add Meta Information from CSV file , title, Tags, Description, Playlist

5. Schedule Videos

6. Adding Annotations to that Video and all information will be found in CSV file

7. Proxy Support as I’m going to run it my Windows 7 System, so I can have multiple scripts, but need it based upon Proxies only,
