Yii2 mod/rbac, view/update own records

I have installed "yii2mod/yii2-rbac" it is working fine. I am able to add role, permission and can assign permission to role. This part is working fine.

only thing I am not able to get it working is restricting owner/author own data for view/update. if you know how to configure this please bid.

you need to configure this using remote screen sharing like team viewer or any desk.

my budget is max $10/- lower is better.
