I need software programmed and developed that will analyze an asset (example EUR/USD) from ANY two binary option brokers platform to determine the price flow lag time between those brokers platforms. There should be at least 15-20 minutes of data comparison before it generates the time differences. This way it's accurate and not some kind of glitch. Let me explain further …

To start off ... in the financial world a binary option is a way to invest with very little risk. All you have to do is decide if the price of an asset in this case the Euro vs US Dollar (EUR/USD) is going to go up or is going to go down. It's like the stock market, but for international currency. Each broker has their own platform on which individuals can invest in these trades and each broker regulates the pricing on their own platform which means their prices are all different at the same time.

So, what I want the program to do is analysis an asset (for example EUR/USD) on ANY two separate broker platforms at the exact same time to determine the price flow time difference. For example, if broker #1 has the price at $1.00 and broker #2 has the price at $1.05 how long does it take for the price on broker #1 to catch up to broker #2. That's why I need at least 15-20 minutes of data comparison to make this determination. Otherwise, it may just turn out to be some kind of glitch or fluke.

There are a lot of different binary options brokers, so I want the program to allow me to choose any two brokers. This way I can test an unlimited number of possible broker combinations to find the best time difference.

I hope I’ve given you enough information to determine how long it will take to create and how much it will cost. I really don’t have a specific budget in mind, but I don’t want to spend a whole lot because this is just the first part of a bigger project. I have to say that this program is crucial to the bigger project so accuracy is paramount. If this goes well, then we will discuss moving ahead with the next programming job.
