WordPress template customization to match an existing Magento website

We need someone to complete the following tasks for a Magento to wordpress website (using the same kallyas theme but the old one was the Magento version and the new one is the WordPress version).
- Menu must be the same as the original (including the line under each menu item and the arrow , hot/new/sale, submenus with video/images)
- Products search results page should look the same or be very similar
- When buying a product, it shouldn't change the page, it should just add the product (if available, think AJAX)
- Price options must be in CAD and USD
- English/Francais on home page and on other pages of course
- Product boxes not looking exactly or very close to the old website
- Product categories showing multiple times the same category and not related to the current list unlike the old website
