We are looking for an experienced WordPress Plugin developer who can build a plugin using best practices (good folder structure and file organization, prefix function names, MVC design pattern, etc), so that the code is clean, maintainable and easy to read and extend.

Project Description:
Build WordPress plugin that extends an existing plugin, Showbiz Pro.

The new plugin must extend Showbiz Pro to add user exposed filters on the front-end. When the new plugin is installed with Showbiz Pro, there are options to be able to add filters that appear above the slider, which allow the user to filter posts by several categories. The filters need to be able to show posts from individual categories or any combination of categories.
Showbiz Pro is being used as a carousel slider to scroll through posts showing featured image, title and some JS manipulated custom fields. Currently it appears there are filters already (All, Gold, Silver, Platinum, or Palladium). But those are just tabs showing different sliders. We need to have exposed filters there to replace the tabs. The filters need to be able to show posts from categories metal, country, size, and others. The filters need to be able to select individual categories or any combination of categories. For example, a user may want to see all gold coins that are from the US and UK, have size 1 ounce, 3 ounces and 1/2 ounce.

Project Requirements:
- Build WordPress plugin that extends Showbiz Pro
- Use WordPress plugin development best practices
- Plugin adds user exposed filters that are configureable from the admin panel
- Filters appear above Showbiz Pro slider as jQuery UI buttons (checkboxes)

- Plugin can be installed and uninstall from WordPress admin panel, and properly does cleanup on uninstall (delete files and database tables if used).
- Plugin has a configuration panel that's used to set config settings: categories to filter, set labels to show in filters, etc.
- The plugin must not break the dynamic price data that appears on hover
