Wordpress Animaiton required using jQuery or some plugin etc

Hi,

I required some animation in WordPress using Avada theme

1. Homepage hero animation:

1a. Make plane illustration come together like the animation on [login to view URL] (all the dots come together to form the illustration when user first lands on the hero)

[login to view URL] top header make the dot/lines follow the user’s mouse like on [login to view URL]

1c. Required scrolling animation, Make plane icon move up and down (short and quick vertical movement) on the homepage hero, indicating to the user to scroll down

2. Make propellers on plane in SOLUTIONS section rotate when user first scrolls down on home page (as if the plane is about to leave hangar)

3. Make all other illustrations fade in when user first scrolls down (on all pages)
