i have muti server for like muti Team ...but CRM is same ...so i want all of them single sign in

As per your discussion with Ankur. Please find below the scope of work of the integration of the existing CRM and the Vicidial.

All below need

User will be create in vtiger & it will get created in vicidial

Campaign & List will be create in vtiger & it should get created in viciDial

On LIVE call for Inbound or outbound, vtiger screen will popup with customer details

Data to be uploaded in Vtiger screen and than it can push to Dialer via Export To Dialer function

Create Widget of Vici Agent Screen which will be placed in top portion of vtiger screen as frame

a. Pause/ Resume (i. Selection of Pause Caude)

b. Park

c. Transfer Conf

d. Hangup

e. Disposition (i. Selection of Disposition)

f. Manual Dial

Whenever agent will do manual call or auto calls it leads will be open in vtiger screen so that agent will come

to know to whom they are speaking.
