Upgrades for WordPress Aruna theme

Hi,
I am looking for someone who is completely aware what Aruna theme is, so I would not have to explain everything and because you will not understand my requirements. Also, I will only communicate to people who have read this project description and have a proposal specific to this project, not a general proposal, which you send to everyone.
I am looking for someone who can make few upgrades to a Wordpress website with Aruna theme. Website is www.blaivas.lt.
All upgrades should be on a child theme or in a plugin form, so that I would be able to disable/enable them if needed for testing and debugging. All upgrades should inherit CSS from the theme, which means if I change something on theme settings, it should change on these upgrades too. Upgrades should be translatable.
Here is what I need:
1. Unregistered users must be able to vote up/down on a post using their cookie + IP address (currently only registered users can vote).
2. Publishing posts should be more obvious, especially for new users. There should be a page where an unregistered user would be able to a) register, b) get confirmation to email c) post new post. Or register while publishing, filling up a form at the same time, but the post would only go public once the email is confirmed. Or if you have any better ideas how to make it more obvious and easy for users to post - please tell me. I would then place a link to this page wherever I want on my site. Currently a user has to register first, only then he/she can find a link on a Modal form to post a new post.
3. Users should be able to edit and delete their own posts. Currently there are no such features.
4. Users should be able to delete their accounts.
5. Users should be able to logout on mobile version too.
6. Currently there is a "Top Authors" widget, which shows users who have posted most posts from all time. I need a similar widget which would show most posts in last month and current month (could be on the same widget with an option to choose). And another widget which would show a list of authors, whose posts were most liked last month and current month.
Please let me know what you can and cannot do from this list. If you have something else to offer to add to the site, please tell me.
