Stripe Connect Express Integration

Would like the final step of setting up the Stripe Connect "Express" account.
I need to link my Marketplace Wordpress website with my Stripe account. Its not just the Stripe account but the "Connect Express" version which requires coding in the backend...that part is what is needed. The stripe connect account is set up and the APIs are in my plugin Stripe gateway.
The Website is a Marketplace and works like Uber.
You have the platform (me) using a Stripe account.
Drivers sign up and connect their stripe account to mine and start collecting payments from their customers.
The customer pay through the platform by credit cards etc. and the drivers collect their funds (from Stripe not me)
I receive 15% service fee from the driver... Stripe collects the money and splits the payments between us.. I will not be handling the driver's funds.
So far I have the Stripe account set up and the pubic and secret key in the gateway for Stripe but there is still some coding to do in the database to integrate my website with Stripe Connect "Express".
