We are a forklift service company and we are looking for a simple Service Scheduling software with notification when service is due. We service different customers forklifts at different sites and dates and they have different schedules like every 3 months or every 6 months. And there are two types of service Minor and Major. The objective is that we should be well informed when the next service is due and we should be able to send an email to the respective person notifying him about the same. SO that we can plan the service team and the customer can keep their machine available for the service. Once the service is done we need to enter the same and next be updated only when the next service is due. When we enter the data there should be space to enter additional work done during the service or additional work needed to be done. And an intimation to the customer should also be possible about what is done and what additional work was done or is needed to be done.
