Revamp cricket frenchisee application

I want to revamp my cricket frienchiesee application. It has 2 components.
1. Server side code (php) generated with WordPress platform and using WooCommerce plugin.
2. Android app: java code. Android app is to view cricket fixture, score and to buy merchandise of the frechisee.
Tasks to be performed:
Install WordWpress and wooCommerce .
Import & Build the available php source code.
Fix minor bugs if any found. (though it is expected to work without bug)
Install the necessary software whatever required,
Build the android source code and regenerate APK.
Install emulator to test this application.
Provide Demo with Server hosted and android app working.
Write up (document) all the steps to achieve above task.
Environment:
Above environment setup and Installation shall be done on virtual machine available in Microsoft azure. I will provide a virtual machine for this work.
