1) Upgrade from 2.1.0.1 to 2.2.0.0 (successfully) to 2.3.0.2 which got error

Error Message:

We're saving this firs demo site due to multiscraper feature(which we not that is not involved on the current error message)
2) Fresh Install Upgrade from 2.1.0.1 to 2.3.0.2 and install [login to view URL]
You will use my laptop on fixing it via team viewer. My budget is $10 only.
